ABOUT US
Hire & Fly is a small recruiting firm. We connect people to remote contract work with the companies building and evaluating frontier AI models — work that pays by the hour, runs on your own schedule, and asks for careful reading and clear writing more than years of experience.

We're a third party. The companies we recruit for pay us when someone we've referred is hired, so we never charge candidates anything, at any stage. If a listing ever asks you to pay a fee to apply, it isn't one of ours — and it probably isn't a real job.

Most of the people we place hold a bachelor's degree, write well, and hadn't heard of this kind of work a month before they started. We also work with companies hiring for roles a general applicant pool won't fill, where a screened shortlist saves everyone time.
